A Soulful, Relational Approach to Therapy

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Ojai, California. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. Rooted in depth psychology, our sessions invite healing, self-discovery, and a return to what feels most authentic.

My path to this work has been guided by a lifelong curiosity for the unknown and a deep sensitivity to the stories that shape our lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and bring over five years of experience in recovery and addiction care, including an internship supporting the mental health of individuals living with HIV and AIDS.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years traveling and exploring the world, drawn to the stories of places and people. These experiences taught me that while education is vital, it is the authentic relationship we nurture together that opens the path to healing and transformation.

I work primarily through talk therapy, creating a soulful, relational space to unravel narratives that may no longer serve you and to discover deeper alignment with your authentic self. Therapy is less about “fixing” and more about tending — to wounds, questions, and longings — together opening space for healing, growth, and transformation.

Welcome, I'm glad you're here

inclination to remain unconscious and decide that,

whatever it takes—suffering, striving, enduring—we will pursue

conscious union with the deeper mind, the wild self”
